I used to be in great shape. I spent several hours in the gym everyday lifting weights, doing cardio, training in boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Kali, and Jiu Jitsu. Healthy food is often bland but there is nothing tasteless on the Jenny Craig menu. For a week now I’ve been enjoying flavorful meals, snacks, and desserts. I haven’t been disappointed once and actually look forward to eating. It’s nice to try new things and not have to come up with everything on my own. Best part is I eat 6 times a day and have already lost 3lbs! Before long I should be able to bend over and tie my shoes without sucking in my gut. How great will that be?
